By downloading or using Cardopia, you agree to the following terms.
1. The service
Cardopia is an information app that shows deals matching the credit and debit cards you add, and lets you compare them and set reminders. Cardopia is not a bank, payment institution or financial adviser; it does not process payments or join deals on your behalf.
2. Deal information
Deal information is compiled from bank and brand announcements. We take care to keep it accurate and up to date, but the terms, duration and validity of each deal are solely the responsibility of the relevant bank. Please check the bank’s current terms before using a deal.
3. Estimates
Earnings, calculator results and spending tracking shown in the App are estimates. Your actual earnings are determined by the bank’s records and the deal terms.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and secure. You can delete your account in the App at any time.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes or in ways that harm the system or prevent others from using it.
6. Intellectual property
The Cardopia name, logo and app design belong to Cardopia. Bank and brand names and logos shown in the App belong to their respective owners and are used for information purposes only.
7. Limitation of liability
Cardopia is not liable for changes to deal terms, banks’ own practices or outcomes of users’ deal choices.
8. Changes and contact
